Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TUCKR89 LLC ("TUCKR89," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the JunkQuote mobile application and the JunkQuote website at https://junkquote.tuckr89.com.

1. Summary

JunkQuote V1 is designed as an offline-first quote and profit guidance app. It does not require a JunkQuote account, does not provide cloud sync, and does not include advertising or analytics SDKs. Core business settings, quotes, pricing tools, and job history are stored locally on the device.

2. Information stored locally by the app

Depending on the features you use, JunkQuote may store the following on your device:

• business settings such as labor cost, vehicle cost, overhead, target margin, minimum job price, and rounding preference;
• quote inputs such as job name, job type, load size, material type, crew size, estimated hours, round-trip miles, disposal cost, and other costs;
• saved quotes and completed-job actual results, including actual revenue, labor hours, disposal cost, vehicle cost, and other costs;
• locally created pricing tools such as dump facilities, price-book items, pricing rules, and job templates;
• appearance preference and other app settings;
• a limited local marker and timestamp indicating whether a Pro entitlement was previously verified by the app store, used for temporary offline entitlement handling.

This local information is used to provide calculations, save your work, generate historical comparisons, and display insights on your device. V1 does not send this quote/job content to a TUCKR89 server because JunkQuote has no account or cloud backend.

3. Subscription and purchase information

On Android, JunkQuote Pro purchases are processed by Google Play. Google may process information such as your Google account, payment method, transaction details, country/region, and other billing information under Google's own terms and privacy policies. JunkQuote receives purchase/product status needed to display plans, process a purchase, restore access, and determine whether Pro features should be enabled.

JunkQuote does not persist or log Google Play purchase tokens in V1. The app stores only a local verified-Pro marker and verification timestamp for a limited offline grace period. When Google Play is available, Google Play's reported purchase state is authoritative.

If JunkQuote is distributed through another app store in the future, that store may similarly process purchase and account information under its own terms and privacy policy.

4. Information the app does not currently collect

JunkQuote V1 does not include features that collect or use precise location, contacts, photos, camera input, microphone input, advertising identifiers, or cross-app tracking. It does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

5. Support communications

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, and any attachments. We use support communications to respond to requests, investigate problems, maintain service quality, and comply with legal obligations. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not necessary for support.

6. Website information

This website does not use a JunkQuote login, advertising cookies, or analytics scripts. Like most websites, hosting and network providers may process standard technical request information such as IP address, browser/user-agent information, requested URL, date/time, and security logs to deliver, protect, and operate the site.

7. How information is used

We use information only as reasonably necessary to provide JunkQuote, operate and secure the website, answer support requests, maintain subscription access, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve product reliability.

8. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell JunkQuote quote/job content. Information may be processed by service providers only as needed to provide their services, such as app-store billing, website hosting, network/security services, and email delivery. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a lawful business transaction.

9. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information handled. The Android app disables platform app backup and cleartext network traffic in its current configuration. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.

10. Retention and deletion

Local app data remains on the device until you delete records in the app, reset applicable app data, or uninstall the app, subject to device/platform behavior. The local Pro verification marker expires under JunkQuote's entitlement policy or is cleared when the store reports that no qualifying subscription is active.

Support emails and related records are retained only as reasonably necessary for support, security, legal, and business-record purposes, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. Website security logs may be retained for a limited period by our hosting/network providers according to operational and security needs.

11. Your choices and privacy requests

Because V1 has no JunkQuote account or cloud database for quote/job content, we generally cannot access or delete the local data stored only on your device. You can delete saved jobs in the app and remove local app data through normal device controls or uninstall the app. For information you have sent directly to TUCKR89, you may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing support@tuckr89.com. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

12. Children's privacy

JunkQuote is a business utility and is not directed to children under 13 or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through JunkQuote.

13. International processing

Support email, website hosting, app-store services, and related service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate, subject to applicable legal safeguards.

14. U.S. state and other privacy rights

Depending on where you live, privacy law may provide rights concerning personal information held by TUCKR89, such as access, correction, deletion, or appeal rights. These rights are subject to legal exceptions and generally apply only to information we actually possess or control.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when JunkQuote, app-store integrations, legal requirements, or our practices change. We will update the Last Updated date on this page and provide additional notice where required.
